Delisa's yoga classes are for everyone. I liked how she gave me options to modify a pose and found her class very relaxing.
Delisa has clear cueing, and her sequencing is seamless. Her steady and soft voice relaxes me into each asana.
Your cadence and voice was so calm. It made me feel comfortable as we moved through the flow. I also appreciated the offer of different options and the use of props.
