How can we forget last year? We can't! We had a mask mandate, online education, majority of the jobs went to work from home, and we didn't get to enjoy our friends and family members. With all of these precautions, we seemingly help reduce the spread of Covid. This means this is going to be a new normal for some. Now students are returning back to the classroom, some with mask and some without mask, meeting friends we haven't seen in a long time, and making new friends.

All of this can affect each individual differently. While some will embrace returning, others may have anxiety about returning. Here are some yoga suggestions that may help us all.
