Yoga for High Blood Pressure

Do you pr someone you know have high blood pressure and you're on a journey to help you? Here are some simple yet effective techniques you can do to start with. In most cases, normal blood pressure is less than 120 / 80. You can have your blood pressure checked at a local pharmacy or by a primary health physician.

Tips to help with high blood pressure:

  3. Avoid alcohol

  4. Reduce Stress

  5. Quit smoking

  6. Exercise regularly

Reasoning is that some styles include backbends, inversions, and challenging standing poses that may effect your blood pressure in an undesirable way. It would be wise to start with a gentle style of yoga or some yoga poses that would be gentle.
